Tickets purchased through the Dynamic Ticket Solutions, LLC website can be bought using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page) after submitting payment information or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to call the Dynamic Ticket Solutions at (856) 779-0230 to ensure that your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that occur during the purchase process. You must print the Order Confirmation page after you are finished with your purchase because you will be required to present this at the ticket office to receive your train tickets.

Weather Related Cancellations

Railroads do operate in the snow. If weather conditions are such that our trains will not be running the individual railroad will post a cancellation notice on their website as soon as possible. Refunds will be given only in the event that trains are canceled.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Dynamic Ticket Solutions, LLC customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase.
